Bush he seems a bit mild, but he was also a bible thumping, doomsday obsessed, homophobic, racist that wasn't interested in helping the disadvantaged but was plenty involved with pumping up the U.S. Military budget. Don't forget the Iran-Contra scandal or the stock market crash of 1987. And yes, he helped end the Soviet Union, but that's the only good thing I can think of that he did.
